Got a unsolicited blank call on Sunday afternoon 2pm. Reverse Phone Lookup lists the number as "Go Huskies" with a address of 26 Tavern Rd, Boston our kid attends northeastern univ so could be for some sort of donation money

Yep, calls our office, too. company said to be IPA. Definitely a sales call. We asked to be put on their no-call-list but they keep calling. They will never get through to the owner here!

I supposedly won the jackpot on a scratch card game. Of course its not legit.

Called regarding that they are contracted by Dept. of Treasury to collect debts owed to them. When I contacted my bank, Dept of Treasury, (by phone and email) they said that the Dept. doesn't use collection agencies, and there is no case in my name. Bottom line, Scam!!

When I tried to call back, my call never connects. Might have different results calling back on a landline. I am on the DO NOT CALL list, which has stopped about 99% of calls like this. I just have to wonder why this is even allowable...how do they have the right to invade our "privacy" or whatever you want to call it? The government needs to put a COMPLETE stop to crap business practices such as this.
